Hoping someone has dealt with this and can guide the rest of us! My 3rd row seating (Manual, not power) is in immaculate condition, probably has been sat in a total of 4 times since the EB was new. The problem is the cargo (back) side.

I've thought long and hard on this, and have decided this is going to be my forever truck. Being a v8 and 4x4, the drivetrain is bulletproof, and the 2010 EB has almost all the features I desire. So... It's time to start fixing all of the little squawks with my baby. The one thing I'm having trouble processing is the cargo area floor. It has been worn pretty bad. That "carpet" that is on the back of the seats is pulling away from the plastic "cargo-mode" handles, the carpet material is worn, stained, and picked, and if there were any padding at all below it, it has been worn so that you can feel the "honeycomb" structure of the seat back below. The 2nd row is passable, but the 3rd row is really in need of either repair, rehab, or replacement.

Here are some picks of what I'm talking about:

If you'll notice, you can see even the 2nd row seat back's carpet is coming away from the cargo-mode handle plastics. What do you DO about that???

Was that carpet glued in place, but shrinkage over time has made it turn loose?

Sorry, can't help. I have the same EB and don't have that problem. I have kept a protective mat over them and sometimes an old blanket also for protection. Only had them up for grands kids use for a month or so probably 15 or more years ago.
