Anybody have a suggestion to correct cold weather stalling on my 91 4.0L 4x4 Ranger? In the past couple of weeks, when the weather got cold overnight, my ranger would start right up in the morning, but when you tried to pull away from the house, it would just die. It sounds like it chokes itself and stalls. This might happen four or fives times on a cold morning, but eventually, you can hit the gas sharply and it will pull out of it and take off. Once it starts to warm up, you don"t have the problem at all, and as a matter of fact, once it's been driven for a couple of minutes, it's not a problem even if the temp guage hasn't come up. Suggestions? :D
