4.0 OHV vs 4.0 SOHC Front accessories.

Are the front accessories any different between these 2 engines? I'm swapping from a SOHC to a OHV and would like to reuse my front accessories if possible.

I believe the SOHC alternator mounting differs from the OHV mounting

The A/C compressor is the same. But mounting location is different, so the hoses are different.
The ALT mount is different and is wired a little different.
The power steering pump is completely different.
