4.6 Valvetrain!

i have an 02 V8 with 92,000 miles. On cold startups you can hear the valvetrain rattleing, kinda like a lifter tapping. It goes away when warm. What would be a good valve train replacement? What valve spings, lifters, etc.?

Experiment:

Try motor flush......try different wt. oil.

I plan on trying thinker oil. But my question is, do they make a performance valve or valve springs that we can use?

Are you using 5w-20?

actually no, the dealership i bought it from used 10w-30

well changed the oil with 5w-20 and didnt make a difference. I am gonna have it seafoamed next weeks. Anyone know of any good valve train replacement parts? Valves, valve springs, lifters? Will any of the performance ones for the mustang work in the explorer?
