4" Lift

I want to put around 4" susupension lift on my 94 4x4. Could I buy lift springs to get this? I heard that you cant go over 2" with springs. What would I need to get 4"? would it make more sense just to buy a kit?

You won't be able to align the front end if you go higher than 2" without drop brackets. You'll have to get a 4" kit from Skyjacker, Superlift, etc. if you want a 4" suspension lift. If you just want 4" overall, you can go with the Skyjacker 2" lift coils (or F-150 coil spacers) and Warrior shackles/add-a-leaf and do a 2" body lift. It just depends on what you want to do with the truck. Try a serach for some of the things I mentioned, and you'll find all the info you need.
