4R55E troubles....again, and again, and again.

Does anyone have am in depth service/troubleshooting manual for the 4R55E trans? If anyone can help me out with this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

yes i do i have the ford one it covers 4r55e 4r44e and the4r70w

My 4R70W FORD manual only covers it and the AODE. I do have the ATSG 4R55E manual.

mine is the powertrain supplement thats why it covers all 3 (complete teardown rebuild and diagnostics) pretty neat really

mine is about 4 inches thick..................but it covers engine and other things too i am going through des moines tomorrow pm me if you want to meet and maybe we can get copies made and ill work on scanning it in to try and email it but it WILL be big the tranny section is good sized

The ATSG manual is only $16. You should be able to pick one up at any transmission parts house.
