4wd issues

my 99 XL is having what seems to be electronic issues with the 4wd.

i switch it over to 4wH, and the light comes on, but its obviously not engaged.
4wL doesn't trigger a light or anything...

any ideas?

Check my thread I started with my problems and see if any of those are maybe a culprit. Other than that, sorry not sure what it would be.
