I have a 2004 Explorer 4WD sport trac. Often, it will not shift into 4wd. I hear the module clicking, but indicator lights do not luminate. I can unplug the plugs that lead into the module and this always corrects the problem.
Does anyone have a permanent solution to this problem, and is it common?
