4WD Question?

Ive got a 91 X sport with the 3.73 LSD axle. The other day I was doing my usual drive around in a stone parking lot to verify all the 4wd stuff is working ok and I noticed something. When making tight turns the inner front tire brakes traction which is normal but my inner rear tire does the same. Is this normal? I think its great it works this way and is probably why the X does soo well over any obstical I have tried so far

In 4H or 4L, the front and rear driveshafts are locked together so they have to spin at the same speed. When turning, the front axle wants to spin faster than the rear, but can't. So something has to give, and hopefully it is traction.
