I have a 97 Eddie Bauer with Control Trac 4wd. Yesterday when I was out on the road I noticed that my 4wd and 4wdLow lights were flashing. When I stopped to check things out, I see that when I switch from Auto to 4 Hi or into 4 Low the transfer case does not shift into those modes. This morning while driving I counted the flashes of the lights. The 4wd and 4wd low lights flash 6 times then stop for several minutes then flash 6 times. Where do I begin looking, and what do I need to do to get everything working right again.
