i believe the 4x4 beams bolt up. Not sure about the coil buckets, radius arm bucket, but im pretty sure the front end will bolt on

For the transmission/transferace, you will either have to swap trannies or swap the tailshaft +housing.

this is pretty straight forward, never done it, but i cant imagin why everything wouldnt be bolt on. Its been done a million times, try a search.

not sure on how hard it would be but if you do end up doing it and you're getting rid of the 4x4 parts (transfer case, front axel, whatnot), then look my way.

so you want to change your 4x4 to the crappy body of a 2wd.... they should be the same since i doubt they would make a whole new cast for a 4wd. if you search you should find some stuff on that

Thanks alot for the help peoples, just was mad curious about how hard it would be to turn the 4x4 into a 2 x4 having the entire 2x4 just waiting, is there anywere i can look perhaps to give me more details on how the transformation can be done?

and for the transfercase and all the 4x4 stuf thats being takin out i will definetly be selling at a great price

you would need to swap transnmission or tailshaft, remove trans case, change some computer things, remove the front suspension, ect. Then bolt in the 2wd. or you could just run it in 2wd. Curious, why would you want to convert to 2wd?

The bodys are the same, its only the frames that had differences.

So i can lower it cause i got a lowering kit given to me free so why not use it right?
so a 92 xl 4dr 2wd should bolt right up to the 94 xlt 4x4 4 door? without perhaps drilling new holes in from or anything?

or you could trade the lowering kit for a lift :D
