4x4 low light not working?

Just notice this today, High comes on just not low, any thoughts, fuse mybe?

Are you sure that its shifting into Low range? You have to be in N and moving less than 3 mph before the GEM will shift into Low.

Neutral, less than 3mph, with your foot on the brakes. If low is engaging, but the light doesn't come on, it's likely just a bulb. I suspect low isn't actually engaging though.
