Well I took off my 4x4 motor and it seems fine and played around with the shaft then slapped everything back together and now I can hear the transfer case going into 4hi and low.

But my front wheels arent turning most of the time, I had it on stands and spun it and the front wheels only started turning around 30kpm and didnt seem as fast as the rears (maybe tho)

Nobody man enough to step up and answer??

Iv got zero ohm's on the "brown wire" from the relay to the transfer case..So does anyone know how to test the relay?

Is the brown wire going to the tcase postive 12 volts? and how many amps is it? I might try powering it up and see if that engauges it...if so then its my relay, if not then its something internal

The electromagnet (thats connected to the brown wire) only provisions for 4wd engagement -- it is not what forces 4wd. What forces 4wd is actually the torque coming down the engine (and equally, the resistance provided by the ground the vehicle is sitting on) which forces these three little balls to climb up this ramp therefore squeezing the friction plates. With the tires up in the air, there is nothing really pushing back on the engine and there is nothing to force the three little balls up the ramp.

okay, I went for a ride in the mud with 4hi and low and the front wheels arent spinning.

My tcase fluid is pretty ungly, its the same colour are light mud so maybe i'll change it..might free something up...needs to be done anyways
