I have a 2004 Ford Explorer 4x4. All the lights come on ( 4x4 high & low, respectively) when I activate the dash switch, but the 4 wheel drive does not engage. I have had the actuator motor on the transfer case replaced by a Ford tech, but still no 4 wheel drive. he nows says it is the dash switch. MTW, he cannot get any codes on his scanner. What could be the problem??? The Ford Tech says the transfer case is ok, and it's electrical.
