- '01 explorer sport 4x4
This was hard to search for so I thought I'd go ahead and post. I have a '01 sport with 4WD and the little shift knob for the control. When i put it in 4wd, the light on the console blinks on and off for about 30 sec before it stays solid. Like its taking its own sweet time to engage. I am bout to sell this vehicle and would like to get it up to snuff before I try to sell it.
