I tried to reset my ECU by unplugging the battery for half hour but it did not do anything. When i put the car in neutrel and push the 4X4 button i hear clicking from the back but the light on the dash does not come on. please help.

Not understanding where you were to push the button. Under the hood on the firewall or opening the hatch in back (trunk)?

i pushed the button on the amp looking thing in the trunk on the right side panel. A black box with a red light and a white button. I push it and the light comes on??? when i put the car in N and pudsh the 4x4 button I hear a relay clicking from the back but nothing happend???

I think it's unrelated. Sounds like you hit the reset on the factory amp. The power 4 x 4 does not have a reset. I notice when I hit my 4 x 4 button it sounds like something in the back engages.
You might just have a blown light in the 4 x switch

You might be talking about the 4x4 test module. It's located on the drivers side in the little panel above your rear wheel well. Here's some info from another thread that might be useful to you....

Checking the 4x4 module (rear trunk).
Unplug the two connectors that plug directly into the module (left side), turn the key on and push the reset/test button on the module. The LED should flash four or five times and stop. If the LED flashed the four or five times, the module believes it is ok internally, and you'll need to check the external parts like the 4X4 switch, shift motor, magnetic clutch and wiring harness. If the LED did not flash at all or kept flashing continually, the module is telling you that it is damaged internally. (check for power & ground).

To eliminate some confusion the side access panel is on the Left (driver's side) of the vehicle. That is why some people were thinking you were talking about the stereo amp which is on the Right (passenger) side. Anyway did you already read the stickie/FAQ "A Guide to Troubleshooting 4x4 problems" at the top of this forum? You indicate the 4x4 stopped working, but did it work before you pressed the 4x4 computer's test button?
