4x4 v6 vs v8

Is the front diff and related parts the same between the v6 and v8? I know it has different transfer case and trans.

yes similar front diff, cv axles, knuckles etc
the front driveshafts are different lengths
All v8 AWD trucks were 3.73 gears
The V6 came with several different gear ratios so you have to match whatever ratio rear axle you have

Dang ok. I found a limited v6 to pull from to start my conversion hopefully its 3.73
