Im down to help out whenever i can. My own projects wont be starting for awhile so when i dont have my kids i have free time. Im actually looking at running my 88 ranger in the 1450 classes.

oh cool. see, this i think is why we need to form a team. we can look at the state of each vehicle, and build them in order. that way we all make out, and quicker than if we went it alone.

Very very true. And actually if enough of us have knowledge we can build our own cages and things. That seems to be the most expensive part of all this. Ive been quoted as high as 5k for a bed and cab cage for the ranger.

I have no experience building cages or setting up offroad suspensions. That's why i was gonna end up paying someone so much to do it.

well, i've been young and dumb, and chucked my exploder pretty far without a cage. 70+ off a five foot embankment on the way from baker to barstow. soaked it right up.

Ive done some pretty stupid things on both 2 and 4 wheels lol. I guess its something about hitting 30 and having 3 kids that really makes me think twice about bieng stupid these days.

I think im gonna go start stripping down the ranger and at least get it ready for the bed and cab cage..

I should be able to give some assistance after the T-Haven run next month. Won't be able to help with funds though, because Uncle Sam doesn't pay me enough to support all my other toys.
