5.4l engine swap

So my 02 mountaineer needs an engine. its has the 4.6l. i have a 97 expedition with a 5.4l. wondering if anyone has tried this and if it will even work. need to use the wiring harness from the mountaineer. any info will be appreciated. thanks

Anybody know what other engines will bolt and plug up in the mountaineer?
