So I was wondering since my Exploder busted a head gasket and its gonna cost more to fix it than just swapping what all is really involved?
We have found a good deal on a 302 thats been rebuilt but were wondering about ECU issues, tranny bolt up, as well as engine mount locations (welding or modifying etc.).
The engine we are looking at is a carb'd model and were told by a friend to just toss the ECU (or sell it whatever).
Anyone have any ideas or known anyone that has done this swap? Or at least where to go for detailed information on this swap?
