5 lug to 6 lug conversion

Hi, I have a 2003 explorer XLT 2wd and I wanted to know is there anyway to convert it to a 6-lug wheel? I have some 16" rims I pulled off my 91 Chevy K1500 and I was going to try and do a direct swap using the factory tires

The only way is to use adapters which I STRONGLY do not recomend.

Sell the C***Y wheels and buy some new tires.

Thats what I was thinking.. I was just hoping to maybe be able to get a cheap aftermarket look to hold over until I can get some 24's..
