x..I'm getting some brand new 32x11.5 BFG all terrains with 6 lug black rock crawler rims off of my friends 2 door Tahoe, the problem is that i have a 5 lug pattern and found an adapter to 6 lug but i was just wondering if anybody else had converted from 5 to 6 lug? And if anybody knows how to get an inexpesive 2 or 3 inch lift it would be helpful too.

personally i owuldnt screw around with the adapters......

as far as lifts, you can do a torsion twist and shackles with a body lift

Adapters are no big deal. Rick and others have used them for years and no worries. Derrick_C just converted his rear axle to 6 lug using the same adapters to match his new front axle. Don't forget you'll need a new spare wheel as well.

if they are the right adapters and seems they are as i dont think you can get them any other way... they should be ok as long as you make sure they are properly torqued on, and also will wnat to make sure your ofset or backspacing of the rim and all that is ok, and wont cause rubbing issues
