5 SPEED TRANNY HELP!!!

I have been trying to rebuild the 5 speed (FM145 - Mitsu) tranny for my Ranger for some time now. I though that I had it whipped after getting the collar and gear pulled off the output shaft, but now, I find that there are two more things that need pulling and I have no puller...

Anyone have a line on the FORD collet pullers used for this job? I will beg, borrow, steal (just kidding), rent, lease, almost anything (shy of letting you have a go at my wife and kids) to get my hands on a collet puller for this job.

I managed to get the gears pressed off today...

I used a large hydraulic press and pressed the main shaft down through the gears and out the bottom of the case. Seemed to work out pretty well.

Now, to get all the new parts in order and press them back into the case...
