50" Roof Mount Brackets - Testing the waters

So, I've been speaking to a company in the states that makes brackets to fit those light bars to the roof area on trucks.

The type that goes just above the windshield.. I did some research and while there are fitments for newer trucks, there's nothing for the Explorer or Ranger.

I have asked if they could make something that would work on the Explorer/Ranger set up and they've responded by saying they would need 25 confirmed orders before they could set up something.

I'm also trying to get them to give the 1st 25 people a discount, seeing as we'd be guinea pigs...

So... Any interest?

we're always complaining that our trucks have very little in the aftermarket - I'm trying to change that

Not trying to rain on the parade, but a 50'' bar is, in my humble opinion, too wide across the windshield. 40 MIGHT fit, but I think 30'' is perfect.

I like the look where the bar is the full width, not everyone does, and that's ok, I was also thinking about brackets to mount one on the front of the hood

Maybe the company could do some of the roof brackets and some hood ones as part of a 'pilot' order, and maybe get some more interest?
