5r55e turbine speed sensor

I wouldn't think so, I would replace the TCC solenoid first, its the easiest thing to try. Other areas that can cause this problem is the valve body, converter and pump.

Thanks. We have covered our basis a few times on this. Checking everything multiple time...lol. when i pull the tcc wire out of the ecm it see it imediately and flashes the od ligh
t. But when i ground it i can here tcc sol click and it will stall in drive with foot on the brake.

Well I maybe an idiot...we reused the orginal 242k turbine speed sensor and I did not set check the air gap. I have resistance across the sensor at the harness plug so I know it is not open shorted by if the gap is to large this maybe an issue. Any tips?
