5R55E valve body 2-3 shift flare issue.

I have a 99 explorer that I just bought with 2-3 shift flare and i don't have the space or the courage to attempt to fix the valve body. Does anyone know of someone that can fix it for me inexpensively in toronto, ontario . I would appreciate if you could help me.

There are a few members on this site that have used them. That's how I know about this place. Tell them about this site when you order it. Maybe they will eventually give a discount to us or become a sponsor of the site. Either way, for the amount they are changing, you won't get a better deal anywhere else.

I don't know how you could expect much of a discount on a $49.99 valve body! I tried calling to order the VB today, but no one answered...left a message and have tried back a few other times...still no response. Confidence in them is not high thus far...

I finally got in touch with them. They cannot accept credit cards anymore, so the best they can do is ship the valve body COD via UPS. That's 3 day delivery...which is really 5 days because of the weekend. The earliest I could get it is Wed. I don't think that's gonna work for me.

Does anyone know of another reasonably priced supplier for a valve body that might be able to get it to me by Mon/Tuesday?

FYI, 800700tran said that their 5R55E valve bodies are cheap because they bought a large quantity of overstock from Ford...according to the woman on the phone, some have a few thousand miles on them but most are new.
