5r55W starting to slip...

I just had a reman tranny put in my car 1.5 yrs ago. Well the damn thing is just starting to slip into 2nd. I wont do it when you drive normal, seems to always do it when you slowdown the step on the gas. Only slips going into 2nd for a quick second. I am going to have the fluid and filter changed do you think that will help? The place I got it from isint in business anymore (bad economy) go figure..

Local tranny shop wants $110 to do a new filter and fluid, probably try that 1st. Then what?? An old mechanic buddie told me to try some lucas tranny stop slip stuff, he says the stuff works??
