Go to a stereo store and listen to speakers and decide what sounds best to YOU.

Good luck.....

few things to keep in mind when chooseing speakers,
1st how much are you willing to spend on the speakers,
after choosing the price range see whats available for the size you need (double check the sizes that your truck will fit)
after that I would suggest checking the specs and any reviews that you can find on the car audio fourms, Keep in mind that a speaker on a display board will sound nothing like it will in a car (example the shop i worked at a $100 pair of alpine speakers sounds 10x better then the $600 pair on the sound board) also front vs rear... I suggest 2 ways for the rear speakers, its somewhat pointless to put anything bigger then that in the rears

also are you using the factory headunit? amp?

I'm still using the factory HU right not, but will be getting a new Pioneer HU very soon, no amp

I got a great deal on Polk Audio DB 5X7's from Crutchfield. $99/pair, with the 2nd pair half off. So 2 pairs for about $149. With free shipping, & speaker wires harness for no splicing. They sound good to me.

Ive had the Pioneers and in all honesty, they sounded pretty good for the price. I now have Alpine Type S 5x7's which sound phenominal. But as stated before, go listen and find what sound good to you!

I put in a set of Infinity Reference 6802 all around with my Blaupunkt stereo and the sound is nice and clear and the bass thumps.I got them from Crutchfield in May when they were buy one pair and get another pair for half off,so paid $150 plus s&h for speakers, harnesses and some very nice installation instructions.

I just got 4 Alpine SPS-570a's (5x7/6x8's) with no subs (Yet) & it sounds pretty impressive w/my new Alpine CDA-9830 HU!
