I just orderd a 6" skyjacker lift and i was wondering what size tiers I should order? I was thinking 33x12.5, but does any one know they will rub? Thanks for your help.

im pretty sure that you will be able to fit 33x12.5's in there with little/no rubbing. it also depends on the width of the rim too... with 12.5's you should proly get an 8'' rim. if you get a 10'' rim then you will have a greater chance of rubbing. but a lot of people run 33x12.5's with 4 1/2- 5'' lifts. so i think you shoudl be fine. you miight even be able to squeeze in some 35's with a little trimming... then youd be huge!:bounce: :bounce: whatever you do, be sure to post up some pics for us to see after!

15x8 would be a little better. :mattmoon:

The 15x8 will allow you to air down more with less risk of loosing your bead. The wider rims put less pressure on the bead making it easy to pop off. The 15x8 though pulls your side walls farther in which begins to curve the tread section. The benifit of a 15x10 is that the tread section runs flatter on the road surface. The thinner the rim the more the outside edges of the tread section begin to pull off the road. You'll get more wear out of a tire if you use the proper rim width. I personnally run a 15x10 but for airing down purposes I wish I had a 15x8.

That sounds sweet. I know the Skyjackers are running out. If you don't mind me asking how much did you pay for that? Does it come with everything you need, like a kit?
