Received the official Engine Valve Fracture recall for my '21 Platinum today Oct 3rd.
24S55/24V635 - Loss of motive power can increase the risk of a crash.
Noted that the remedy is not available until Q1 2025.

A bit more on what an engine cycle test is. I guess they will rev the snot out of it and if does not blow up, all is well.:(

Description of Remedy :
Description of Remedy Program : Dealers will inspect each vehicle to determine its cumulative number of
engine cycles. For vehicles that do not meet the engine cycle threshold,
dealers will accumulate high revolutions per minute (rpm) engine cycles
per a service procedure. Engines will be replaced on vehicles that do not
pass the engine cycle accumulation.
Ford provided the general reimbursement plan for the cost of remedies
paid for by vehicle owners prior to notification of a safety recall in May
2023. Owners who have paid to have these repairs completed at their own
expense may be eligible for reimbursement, in accordance with the recall
reimbursement plan on file with NHTSA.
How Remedy Component Differs

Replacement engine assemblies are manufactured with intake valves that
are within specification for hardness.

Summary

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2024-2025 F-150, Bronco, 2024 Ranger, 2025 Mustang, Explorer, and Aviator vehicles. The transmission valve body may have been machined incorrectly, which can cause reverse gear failure, or unexpected forward movement in reverse or neutral gear.

Remedy

Dealers will replace the transmission main control valve body, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 5, 2025. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 25S19.

Ford Motor Company is recalling select 2021-2023 Ford Bronco, Ford Explorer, Lincoln Aviator, Ford Super Duty F-250, F-350, F-450, F-550, 2021-2022 Lincoln Navigator, Ford Mustang, Ford F-150, and 2022 Ford Expedition models over an issue with the fuel pump.


The defect: in affected vehicles, the low-pressure fuel pump may fail, which can result in an engine stall while driving.


The hazards: an engine stall increases the risk of a crash.


Ford is not aware of any reports of accident or injury related to this issue.

Number of vehicles affected: 850,318


The fix: a remedy is under development

Owners should: wait for communications from Ford, which will be begin on July 14th, 2024. The Ford reference number for this recall is 25S75.

Description
On your vehicle, it is possible that the easy entry seat fold switch on the second-row outboard seats may bind or stick if its surrounding trim bezel was installed incorrectly. If the button is stuck in the down position, the seat may unlatch, fold and or slide unexpectedly, potentially while driving.

Safety Risk
A seat that unexpectedly folds or slides while driving could increase the risk of injury, particularly in a crash.
Remedy
Ford Motor Company is working to provide parts for this repair. When the remedy becomes available, Ford Motor Company will notify you via mail to schedule a service appointment with your dealer for repairs to be completed free of charge.
