This question is about a 2000 explorer. I have had the rear calipers off of the 8.8 axle for quite a while doing some other work to it. Since then, I bought new calipers and turned the old ones in for a core. My question is this: Is there supposed to be a spacer or sleeve installed on the mounting bolts or not. When I try to tighten the bolts down, there is nothing to tighten against. Any pics would certainly help. thanks!!!
