9" diff help

Ok so i picked up a 9" late moddle big bearing. I got the disk brakes figured out the leafs too. My only droblem is the drive shaft. I have googled and searched it and cant find anything with a answer. Do i need a custom one or is there a adapter u joint i can use. Any help will be great

I guess that if you had the yolk that bolts to the rear end, you could use your explorer driveshaft and assemble the yolk with new u-joints. I've never done it, and its hard to say without seeing it, but I think that would do it....

May need to have the length of the ds adjusted too...i did
 






Got it. The spline count on the 8.8 yoke (bolt on flange) and 9" yoke (the ujoint bolts to the yoke) are the same. And the ujoints are the same on my drive shaft and 9"yoke. So i can go both ways. Put the 8.8 yoke on the 9" or take the flange off my drive shaft and bolt it down to the 9" yoke.
