9006 HIDs @ Harbor Frieght

I just got back from HF and they had 3 sets of 9006 HIDs marked clearance for $86! I opened a pack and they seemed well made although I have nothing to compare them too. I almost pulled the trigger on them - my 15% coupon was burning a hole in my pocket. I just couldn't with out hearing someone's review. Money's wayyyyy to tight right now. I forget they were either 5 or 6K's.

Unless you get phillips, hella, or those big brands, all cheap HID's are the same, just different sticker over the ballast, they are all made in china. An they do the job nice.

Who cares? My eBay HIDs in my headlights and fogs work absolutely perfect. And usually they come with a balast warranty anyway. Can't go wrong.

Me to, but they have better quality controls, place of manufacturing doesnt have anything to do with the products we get, quality control is what makes the difference.
