I finally was able to get to replacing one of my door hinge pins yesterday and thought I would post the part numbrt. I picked it up at Advance Auto in the Help Section - Part Number: Motormite 38410. It is manufctured for the 1980-1998 Ford F150-F350 Pickups, but works perfectly for the Explorer.
Actually replaced lower hinge pin drivers side. Used jack to hold the door in position and dremel to cut the original pin rivet on top, then punched pin out through the bottom. Outlined the shape of the hinge on the door to mark the location on the door, then took off hinge-half attached to door, drilled out the old bushings and tapped in the new ones. Reattached the Door hinge and inserted new pin from bottom through top and inserted the pin clasp on the top side of the hinge. Had to move the Striker Bolt back about an 1/8" and now is as good as new.
