91 Engine problems, knocking, rattling

I got a little carried away on the weekend and pulled the motor. It is sitting on an engine stand now. I will start taking it a part tonight. I figured at least I will solve my front seal leak and see what I have. If I don't find anything wrong in the bottom end I guess the problem will be with my lifters. The valve train looks good.

Well I got the engine apart. It is a rod bearing. The #3 rod I could hear knock when I turn the engine by hand. It would knock when it hit tdc. One thing I not sure if is if I should replace the lifters. I was thinking of only replacing the 2 that are missing funnels but if they are going to go one me in the next 20,000 miles I better replace them all. What do you guys think? They are expensive here in Canada ($25 US each)and I am a litte short on cash.
