91 Explorer fuse box configuration

I recently bought a used 91 Explorer and I was wondering if someone could help me out with the the fuse box configuration. It did not come with an owner's manual, so I'm having trouble figuring out where the fuse for the stereo is and how many watts that particular fuse should be. If you could let me know which fuse goes with what and what volt fuse should be used for each, I would appreciate it very much.

I'm trying to hook up a stereo and I think the fuse is blown. When looking over the fuse box, I noticed there are a lot of just 5V fuses. I've replaced a number of them but my stereo still won't work.

Also, the fuses are rated in AMPS...not volts....
So a 15 is a 15 AMP fuse....there3 shoudlnt be lots of 5's in there either...
