Well, this is kinda a 911 because my truck is all put back together and ready to drive, but I haven't cut the engine crossmember yet so it's really close to hitting the pumpkin. What I need from someone with a Dana 44 solid axle is a measurement from the top of the axle tube housing to the frame directly above it with the positioning of their coil buckets. I may have my buckets mounted too high ( I was thinking that Wild Horses 5.5" coils would accomodate for this) and might need to move them downward some. I'd like to get this right before it leaves to get gears installed so I don't have to deal with some BS later. The crossmember will obliviously need to be cut but I'm curious if my coils will need to come lower. The wheel well lip is already 47" from the ground but I guess if it needs to go higher it needs to go higher.

I won't be around the net for the rest of the evening, but if by chance anyone has this and wants to call me
(602) 499-9837
is where it's at and I'll be happy to yap or hear what your measurement is.

Thanks
Dan

FYI I currently have about 9" between the top of my axle tube and frame (passenger side is an easy point of reference) and am really wondering how far up that thing can really go (like is trimming the crossmember going to be enough or will I need a little more lift as well.

Thanks
Dan
