when i bought my 92, it had a ford cd player in it...but it wasn't the stock one that came with the car..anyways, the cd player turns on fine and plays cd's but no sound comes out....
so i bypassed the factory amp...now i have sound but its very quiet and gets distorted if you turn it up but it never gets louder...so i take it my cd player doesn't have an on board amp...
so how do i go about getting more power to my speakers?
do i have to run a remote wire? if so how do i do that?
or do you think that amp is just dead? is there a fuse on that amp that coud go or something?
thanks!
