92 ranger auto 4x4 need help

hi im new here heard of you guys from another site. well it snowed Vet. Day here and off to work and NO 4 x4 ?????? lite lites up and nothing . but i did notice that the 4x4 low does not lite up >???? where do I start ????

Welcome to the site.. Try cleaning the shift motor.. If that doesn't work, you may have a bad module which is located in the drivers rear wheel well..

thanks ill look for these where is the shift moter???? does it trigger by vacume >???

Welcome to the site.. Does the 4x4 light up and do you have autohubs? You cannot shift into Low range unless you're in Neutral and going under 3mph.
