There was a guy , a WHILE back, that had directions on how to make the center console on a 91-93 ,by cutting out the center brace , able to put a CD Changer inside.I have looked but can't find where he did this!Does anyone remember where that comment and directions went?I've had my 92 for about a year and I'm ready now and can't find his directions...Thanks everone!

Sorry my pics don't show anymore but the description in the above link should get you there.

Hey Wabbit

I picked up a Denon CD changer that I believe is the same as the Sony ten disc CD changer, but with the Denon name on it. I spent about a whole day dissassembling the console and trying every way possible to get that sucker to fit. It's huge! Anyway, it looked like even if I cut the armrest support, the way the floor slopes up at the front of the console would make the changer too tall to let the lid of the console close. Is your Sony the one with the sliding door on the left, with the sliding mechanism that opens the door sticking up about a quarter of an inch or so? That's where my depth problem came it, that opening mechanism. Anyway, if you have the same CD changer, how did you get it to fit? Do you still have those pics that you could email me? Thanks!

peace

Mike
