I tested the suspected bad bulb and it was bad, so I got a 10 pack of new bulbs well it didn't work. I checked the socket by switching sides and both sockets work. I am suspecting that there is a wiring issue some where I do not know, any ideas please.

What exact problem are you having?

The multifunction switch (turn signal switch) can cause one taillight to not illuminate if it is drooping or off-center due to being worn out. If you are having an issue of one brakelight is not working, try wiggling the turn signal and see if it lights up.

I'm sorry. The exact issue is that the left tail light, will light up but will not brighten when I step on the brakes or when I turn my left blinker on. plus my left blinker will not blink.

Unless there is a short in the wiring, I would suspect the multifunction switch. Fortunately on these trucks they are very easy to remove. Just pull the column shroud and there are only a few screws and connectors holding it to the column. Perhaps if you remove it you can test its function with a multimeter/test light/continuity check and look for corroded or greasy contacts. Also, your switch lever should not have a lot of up/down wiggle. As they get worn out, they won't center properly and will droop or hang in an up or down position. I replaced mine with a fresher junkyard unit when I noticed my left brake light wasn't illuminating regularly. The switch lever was drooping and interrupting the brake light circuit without triggering the flasher.

It is possible you have a different issue but that is where I would look first, at the multifunction switch.

That would be so much easier to figure out so thank you both but now I need to know what it may be if not the multi purpose switch. and how i should look for a shorted wire. please and thank you.
