93 Ranger- No fuel,Spark or crank sensor

Just did a motor swap in a 93 Ranger but we are getting no power to the Fuel pump, crank sensor and no spark. Any ideas on wut would be causing this? we have replaced the fuses and the relays under the hood and dash too and still nothing. any ideas please let me know ASAP!!

is the motor out of the same year truck? could there be a difference in the ECUs maybe? only thing that would control both the fuel and spark would be the computer i think.
