93 x wierd surging and a rough idle

i noticed this a few weeks ago when using my crusie control. when i would use the coast button to slow down it would surge just a lil about 500 rpm so i checked all my vacuum lines and all checked out fine and then i noticed the truck would do it not using the crusie control when i let off the gas to slow down it would do it as well but a lil worse. something else i have noticed is once the truck is at operating temp and you turn it off and let it sit for about 10-15 min and then crank it up it idles about 300 rpm and rough it has dies only once though. and it stays like that till you start to drive it then it goes away any ideas?

I think I might try cleaning the Idle control valve attached to the intake.

i did when i changed the gasket on it and it helped a lil im goin to changed the tb gasket in a few days but i dont think that will help

I might double check to make sure there are no vacuum leaks.

Any "tune-up" things that are do?

I would probably pull codes (even if the CEL isn't on) and check fuel pressure.

the only tune up things i have left to do is fuel filter and pcv valve which will be done in a few days and i can double check i may have over looked something
