Welcome to the site Gene,You will find lotsa good Info on here using the search button.There are alot of guys on here who can answer about any question...I'm not one of them though...LOL I think the engine block is the same, but one of the more intelligent guys on here could tell you if the sensors and computer related stuff is different.

Use the 95 exhaust, intakes, etc and it will work perfect.
this way you retain your PCM and engine wiring, etc.
the long block's are the same. The 95 I believe may have some differences in the engine sensors and also an updated head casting.
Something about putting 95 heads on a 93-94 block gives you more compression
