First I found that the connector wiring was corroded off- Anyone know if they sell a replacement connector? I jimmy rigged a couple new connectors to try it but still couldn't get the washer motor to run. I think the pins are corroded too badly on the motor. I tried to clean them but not sure I was successful. I know I have power & ground now at the connectors I rigged. Any tips on a replacement connector would be appreciated. :salute:

i'm not sure. but worst comes to worst, take a picture of what your'e talking about, and i can go to the local pullapart and get one for you... most of the explorer's are in pretty good shape.

Yup best bet is to just pull a connector from a yard and splice it in. As for the pump not working, it could just be a bad pump. I havent had to do one on my truck at all, but on my old car the pump basically just pulled right out of the bucket, no mounts or anything justa pressure fit. Could be the same for the EX, the pump cost about $12 at autozone if I remember right.

I was able to get a connector and a pump from my local parts store. It just took me going in there to get the right guy who cares about what he's doing to look it up for me. :salute:
