Hey guys, my front wipers do not turn on, they will work if I push in the arm for windshield washer fluid. No fluid comes out but I do here the pump running. The rear wiper works fine as well as fluid for the washing mode does spray the fluid out. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

The multifunction (Wiper) switch is probably bad. Very common problem on Second Gen. Explorers.

Thanks DJ, I got one from the junkyard for 20 dollars, my wipers are working, but my windshield washer pump isn't. I hear it, but nothing sprays out on the windshield

Check under the hood. The same thing happened to me a while ago when the T connector literally snapped.

The pump has one hose that gets connected to a T connector, that sends it to the 2 squirters.

That T breaks sometimes, and just sprays washer fluid ALL over your engine. :D
Check that.
