94 ranger rear window removal/install

i recently bought a truck for parts and it has a sliding rear window, my truck does not. i was wondering what it would take to swap them, do they just pop out or do i have to cut them out ???

i figured it out, it was actually really easy.

Ah, you're too quick!
Did it just pop in and out? Mine has the slider, and it looks like the only difference would be the rubber gasket.

just had to pry down on the seal on the the inside using 2 screwdrivers,once the top of the seal was loose along the top i pushed the window out with no problem.
