'94 Splash fuel problem, won't run

It's a 94 Splash, 4cyl 5spd with 106k. It won't run. Injectors aren't working. It has 45 psi to the fuel rail. It has new injectors, new fuel pump, and a new ecu. Still doesn't want to run, unless you pour gas in the manifold.

Did you listen to the injectors to see if they're functioning? (with either an automotive stethescope or a long screwdriver to listen for clicking)

If they're not working, then it's electrical-- check for a blown fuse, loose/disconnected connectors, broken and shorted wires.
