I have 1995 Eddie Bauer Explorer with Auto Climate Control. The fan does work high to low and you can turn it down manually. It will blow cold on ac or hot on heater. But, when turned down to lowest setting still continues to put a small amount of heat or ac. When the air or heater is on the vehicle idles at a higher speed. This just doesn't seem right. Can anyone help tell me what could be the problem. One mechanic checked it and said it was a default of this heater and I would just have to live with it. This doesn't seem accurate. Help!
