95 Explorer heater fan stays on while car is off

Hi all.

I have a 95 explorer and the battery just died the other day soo i got a new battery Now since i have changed the battery when i shut off the car the heater fan stays on and does not shut offf and i am not sure why it is doing it but that is happening none the less... I neeed Help right now i am unpluging the fan soo it will shut offf and not drain my batterry PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

I'm guessing that you have the Electronics automatic controls ? If so your blower motor controller is bad. I had the same problem twice.
